The lecturer of this seminar was the Washington REALTERS' head that was in charge of Japan.
The initial title for the lecture was “US Real Estate Status and Escrow”, which was held at the visiting MLIT(*1) etc. for promoting the introduction of American Real property Transaction System in Japan.
However, in fact, the title have been changed to "US Real Estate Economic Status", "US Real Estate Transaction and its Network System" without notice.
